Spa Retreat Cary was designed with your group in mind. Our expert Guest Service Associates will work closely with each host to plan your ideal retreat.

 

Group retreats include access to our locker room facilities, with a robe and slippers provided to each guest. Complimentary spa water, hot tea, wine, champagne, mimosas, and trail mix are available throughout your retreat. Outside refreshments may be brought in, based on the discretion of our Group Concierge, and limited to light desserts & small charcuterie-style options. Fragrant food, balloons, confetti, candles, and hairdryers are prohibited at the spa.

Please note our “Fine Print”:

  • The Gallery may be used as a private space when booked through our Group department based on availability.
  • 20% Gratuity will automatically be added to spa services for any Group Retreat of 6 or more.
  • Please note the spa environment and keep conversation at an appropriate volume. While we hope that you enjoy your retreat with us, we would like to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
  • Group cancellation policy: 72 hours notice is required for entire party cancellations, 24 hours notice for individual guests. In the event of cancellation, credit card charges will be discussed in advance.

From arrivals to relaxation, policies are in place to provide you with a tranquil retreat.

ARRIVALS
The goal is to make the most of your experience. We ask that you please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your service(s) to allow time for our amenities and retreat from the world.

ETIQUETTE
Our entire spa is a ‘Quiet Area’. Conversations should be kept at a whisper and cell phones left in your locker to maintain a serene environment; pleasant for all. For the same consideration, we do not permit hairdryers on site

CANCELLATIONS
The world happens no matter how much we try to retreat; we understand. For the consideration of our talented providers, we simply require a 12 hour notice when cancelling individual appointments and 24 hour notice for packages. Less than 12/24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. A No Show will result in a full charge for service(s). A credit card on file is required to book any appointment, which is automatically encrypted.

AGE POLICY
With the goal of serenity in mind, no children under the age of 13 are permitted beyond the reception area. Children 13-17 are permitted for services with an adult and signed waiver.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards never expire. If lost, a gift card may only be redeemed by the purchaser. No refunds. Redeemable for services, retail, & gratuity.

REQUESTS
Our goal is to provide you with your perfect retreat. If you have a request for a specific provider, please be sure you note this during scheduling. Wine, champagne, mimosas, & trail mix are available upon request. Hot, cold, or want to use the sauna? Let us know!

GRATUITY
Don’t be afraid to ask what is appropriate. The general rule is to tip a percentage of the service, similar to a restaurant. You may leave a cash tip with Guest Services or add to your card. Please keep in mind discounted services aren’t a direct correlation to discounted gratuity.

MASK POLICY
Due to the success we’ve had with mask wearing as a team, our staff will remain masked during services. Masks are optional for guests & available upon request.

AMENITIES ACCESS
A $25 amenities fee will be applied for the use of our locker rooms, lounges, & refreshments for any guest without a service scheduled. Valid for 2 hours.
