re•treat: (n.) a quiet or secluded place in which one can rest and relax.

From arrivals to relaxation, policies are in place to provide you with a tranquil retreat.

ARRIVALS
The goal is to make the most of your experience. We ask that you please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your service(s) to allow time for our amenities and retreat from the world.

ETIQUETTE
Our entire spa is a ‘Quiet Area’. Conversations should be kept at a whisper and cell phones left in your locker to maintain a serene environment; pleasant for all. For the same consideration, we do not permit hairdryers on site

CANCELLATIONS
The world happens no matter how much we try to retreat; we understand. For the consideration of our talented providers, we simply require a 12 hour notice when cancelling individual appointments and 24 hour notice for packages. Less than 12/24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. A No Show will result in a full charge for service(s). A credit card on file is required to book any appointment, which is automatically encrypted.

AGE POLICY
With the goal of serenity in mind, no children under the age of 13 are permitted beyond the reception area. Children 13-17 are permitted for services with an adult and signed waiver.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards never expire. If lost, a gift card may only be redeemed by the purchaser. No refunds. Redeemable for services, retail, & gratuity.

REQUESTS
Our goal is to provide you with your perfect retreat. If you have a request for a specific provider, please be sure you note this during scheduling. Wine, champagne, mimosas, & trail mix are available upon request. Hot, cold, or want to use the sauna? Let us know!

GRATUITY
Don’t be afraid to ask what is appropriate. The general rule is to tip a percentage of the service, similar to a restaurant. You may leave a cash tip with Guest Services or add to your card. Please keep in mind discounted services aren’t a direct correlation to discounted gratuity.

MASK POLICY
Due to the success we’ve had with mask wearing as a team, our staff will remain masked during services. Masks are optional for guests & available upon request.

AMENITIES ACCESS
A $25 amenities fee will be applied for the use of our locker rooms, lounges, & refreshments for any guest without a service scheduled. Valid for 2 hours.
