  1. Can the Gallery be used as a private space?
    Yes, the Gallery is typically available as a private space for groups when booked through our Group department, based on availability. If your focus is “time together” vs services please indicate this in your inquiry.
  2. Is gratuity included for group services?
    A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to spa services for any Group Retreat of 4 or more guests unless arranged otherwise.
  3. What amenities are included for group retreats?
    – Access to our luxurious locker room facilities, with robes and slippers for each guest.
    – 30 minutes reserved Group Sauna time with a complimentary Detox Ritual.
    – Complimentary spa water, hot tea, wine, champagne, mimosas, and trail mix.
    – Outside refreshments are welcome with prior approval from our Group – Concierge and must be limited to light desserts or charcuterie options.
  4. Are there any restrictions for outside items?
    Yes, fragrant and/or hot foods, balloons, confetti, candles, and hairdryers are not permitted to preserve the spa’s tranquil environment. Flowers are permitted in the group space only.
  5. How can we maintain a relaxing atmosphere during our retreat?
    To ensure a serene experience for all guests, we kindly request that conversations be kept at a respectful volume while in the spa. Our Spa Concierge will assist with maintaining spa voices.
  6. What is the group cancellation policy?
    Entire party cancellations: 72 hours’ notice is required.
    Individual guest cancellations: 48 hours’ notice is required. In the event of a cancellation, any applicable credit card charges will be discussed in advance.
