Dear valued Spa Retreat guests,
Due to the spread of COVID-19 and to do our part to “flatten the curve”, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to discontinue services temporarily, beginning Monday, March 21st at 5pm.
This decision was not made lightly, and our devoted team has joined us each day with the mindset of providing relaxing and healing retreats in a sanitary environment. We all want to be here, to provide you with retreats from the world, especially in these stressful and uncertain times. For the safety of our guests and staff, discontinuing all spa services is the best choice….for now.
If you currently have a spa visit scheduled through April 30th, please do one of the following:
1. Speak to a Guest Service associate. We’ll reach out via phone to each guest over the next few days, starting with the soonest guests that are affected. Please be patient, as we are all in this together, and we have no more control over these events than anyone else.
2. Log in to your online portal to cancel any reservations you do not plan to keep, and feel free to re-book them further out.
3. Email us! We love email, as it gives us the chance to thoroughly process your request and find the best possible options to offer.
This is not permanent, and we truly can’t wait to get back to our normal operations. In the interim, here are ways you can continue your retreats:
Curbside pickup your favorite local and skin care products – our Guest Service team will still be at the spa each day!
Sign up for the membership you’ve been thinking about for months
Keep your membership going, and use your accrued credits towards a future full spa day!
Prebook your next retreat (we recommend mid-May and beyond to lessen the likelihood of rescheduling)
Call us if you’d like to give gratuity to your favorite SRC team member (yes, we can run a tip-only transaction!)
Purchase a gift card! You may purchase them through our online portal here, or call us & we’ll gift wrap our compostable gift cards here. Curbside pickup & free shipping available. These are a great way of committing some funds towards a future retreat, and make great gifts.
Sign Up for our Blood Drive, on site at Chandelier on April 1st. More blood drives to be announced later.
