The Buildout

Things have been going really well with the build-out of Spa Retreat Cary. We are excited to

have everyone come visit next month. Let me tell you a little bit about what’s been going on.

First, I think we have a pretty well-rounded group in Cornerstone Plaza. From yoga at Studio Vibe to the Royal Oak Dental Group,

and now our spa seems to be the perfect compliment.

 

Construction

We started with a cold shell, meaning that there was nothing done within

the walls, to having metal framing in place, plumbing laid, electrical wiring, ducting installed and more is getting done every day.

A highlight of the day is when our General Contractor Paul sends us an update that we passed another inspection, and we can’t wait for the day our CO comes through. (Thank you Lifestyle Building & Remodeling!!)

 

Design

The locker rooms will have tile from a local vendor in Brier Creek, and installation of cork flooring will add to the “green” effect.

Cabinetry is coming from LuxeMark in Raleigh. The sauna is on its way from Greensboro.

Excellent design and planning for our layout, building elements, and decor are thanks to ARC Interiors.

Our build out features many local companies and we are so proud to support them!

 

We’ve got a ways to go, but it’s happening faster than we can believe. We can’t wait for you

to come see our finished retreat. It’s going to be the best local retreat spot within the Triangle!
